Operations
Hospitality
The Hospitality unit provides nonclinical support services to patients, staff, and visitors, playing a crucial role in hospital operations and multidisciplinary support.
Sustainability Program Office
The SPO advocates for and supports initiatives that reduce Stanford Health Care’s greenhouse gas emissions to achieve 100% carbon neutrality.
Engineering & Facilities
The Engineering & Facilities team supports Stanford Health Care facilities by ensuring safe environments, efficient operations, and compliance with equipment standards.
Security
Security is responsible for maintaining a safe environment at Stanford Health Care through patrols, emergency response, dispatch, investigations, risk analysis, and more.
Transportation Services
Transportation Services designs, manages, and promotes all parking and transportation programs for patients, visitors, and staff.
Exterior Management
Exterior Management oversees the maintenance of Stanford Health Care exterior spaces and assets.
Wayfinding & Signage
Wayfinding & Signage designs and develops tools that help patients, visitors, staff, and vendors navigate Stanford Health Care hospitals and other facilities.
Environmental Health & Safety
This team provides technical support and consultation for workplace safety, including regulations guidance, safety evaluation, incident analysis, and risk reduction.
Lease Management
The Lease Management team manages and administers leases for ambulatory care and administrative sites.
Facilities Point & Logistics Coordination
This team coordinates logistics during incident response for all enterprise-wide emergencies while ensuring that facilities continue running smoothly.
Planning & Activation
300P Renewal Activation
FS&P coordinates with Planning, Design, and Construction on the activations planning and governance for the 300 Pasteur (300P) Renewal Program.
Hospital & Clinic Activations
The Hospital & Clinic Activations team provides integrated project management for preparing new clinical spaces and renewing existing spaces.
All-New Building Planning & Activation
FS&P prepares new and renovated facilities for occupancy, both clinical and nonclinical, to ensure effective and streamlined operations.
Planning Activities with Stanford University Land, Building & Real Estate (LBRE)
FS&P coordinates with Stanford University LBRE on projects and facilities at the Palo Alto campus.
Asset Management
The FS&P team tracks, maintains, and manages assets and resources across our portfolio, including through refurbishment and replacement.
